REGISTRATION

Online registration: from June 7th  to July 28th.
At the conference reception: from July 31st to August 3rd.

Step by step registration process

1) Fill out your registration form.
2) Find your category and registration fee in the table below
3) Pay your registration fee.
Brazilian residents must pay via bank transfer or PIX to the SBFoton account (nota de empenho is also possible until July 28th).
Non-residents in Brazil must pay with credit card through a paypal account (links in the table below).
4) After payment, please send proof of payment to conference@sbfoton.org.br with your name and contact information.

Registration categories

Full conference registration for associated societies’ members and non-members includes admission to the Plenary and Technical Sessions, Webinar, Exhibitor Panel, Tutorial Session, Workshop, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception Drinks, Cultural Agenda and Conference Dinner.

Associated societies’ members should provide the society member identification at the registration desk.

Student registration is entitled to the same privileges as regular registrants, except for the Conference Dinner.

Graduate and undergraduate students are required to present valid student identification when they pick up their registration materials.

Post-docs are not considered students.

* For registration purposes it is considered Latin and Central American the attendee whose main affiliation is located in Latin and Central America.
¹ The “Full” registration gives the right to attend the conference, to get one ticket for the Confraternization dinner, and to publish up to TWO papers on the IEEE Xplore.
² “Student” and “Undergraduate Student” registrations give the right to attend the full conference.
³ Listener is the participant who does not have an article in the conference and gives the right to attend the full conference and to get one ticket for the Confraternization dinner.

IMPORTANT
In order to have the paper published by IEEE Xplore, at least one of the authors must have a FULL registration and the paper must be presented at the conference. A FULL registration gives the right to publish, at IEEE Xplore, two papers that have been presented at the conference.
